his business policy seems to be the follows.
1.if buyer cant get a import premission within a limited period
or buyer's Ministry of Environment refuse to issue paper,
Jon Griffin can confiscate buyer's transfer regardless buyer's condition.
2.Eventhough in case of unresonable confiscation, seller have no responsibilty
because of some body's decision in seller's company.
I hope Jon Griffin pay back my transfer asap....
